  • Investigates and problem solves inventory inaccuracies in the WMS - Warehouse Management System
  • Performs real time audits of on hand inventory as part of our SOX program
  • Actively communicates results and findings across distribution center departments
  • Performs investigations for missing product and cycle counts on an order picker
  • Maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality
  • Keeps their warehouse area clean and always organized
  • Engages in training, team building, meetings, and personal development
  • Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policies
  • Employees may be assigned a new department depending on business needsQUALIFICATIONS
    • Ability to remain focus on detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)
    • Excellent counting skills and detail focused

    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $21.00-$23.35/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional 5%, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total hourly target compensation range between $22.05- $24.52.
