Although all the details have yet to be provided by the state, the program intends to provide a path for qualified family caregivers to become licensed and paid to provide some skilled care, operating under the supervision of a registered nurse. Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is approved to train LHAs to be part of their children's care teams at home.
