Summary: Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical
Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator, the Registered Nurse (RN)
primarily provides patient care and handles intake and discharge
processes for the Wound Care Center patients as scheduled. The
position may also serve as a Case Manager to a group of assigned
Wound Care Center patients, as assigned and depending on the Wound
Care Center setupReports to: Clinical Nurse Manager and Program
DirectorFLSA: Non-exempt Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Education
Associate's degree in nursing requiredBachelor's degree preferred
Required Skills Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30
days of hire Required Skills Licenses: Arizona or Compact States RN
License in good standing required on hire Minimum Work Experience 2
years clinical nursing required. Experience in physician office
setting, home health or wound care setting preferred. Required
Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the
ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a
stressful environment and take appropriate action.Must be able to
coordinate the delivery of patient care; completes required
documentation, participates in patient/family teaching and
discharge planning, effectively utilizing the Nursing
process.Provides leadership by working cooperatively and
effectively with physicians, ancillary staff and other
administrative and support personnel in maintaining the standards
of professional nursing practice in the multidisciplinary clinical
setting.Maintains quality delivery of patient care by completing
patient assignments in compliance with the Nursing process and the
Arizona Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, State regulations
and established Hospital Policies and Procedures.Strives daily to
give all customers very good care and promotes Havasu Regional
Medical Centers Standards of Behavior and other duties as assigned
