About The facility: A 171-bed community hospital and regional
referral center serving the healthcare needs of Lake Havasu City
and its surrounding areas. As a Joint Commission Accredited
facility, HRMC is a designated Level III Trauma Center and a
Certified Chest Pain Center committed to delivering excellence in
patient care. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and
motivated Registered Nurse to join our 16-bed Critical Care Unit.
This role demands clinical excellence, rapid decision-making, and
compassionate care. You’ll work with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
in a technologically supported environment, using Baxter pumps and
Medhost EHR, to provide advanced care for high-acuity patients. Key
Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, and implement individualized care
plans for critically ill patients. - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care in compliance with
hospital policies and regulatory standards. - Respond quickly to
emergencies and provide leadership in urgent clinical situations. -
Participate in on-call coverage to ensure 24/7 department support.
Requirements: - Current RN license in Arizona or compact state
eligibility. - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (all
required). - Minimum of 1 year of critical care or acute care
nursing experience preferred. - Strong clinical judgment,
