post op, athletic, medicare Shift: Days Hours: 40 hours per week
Number of Patients per day: 12 - 14 Requirements: Updated Resume
Active Colorado Physical Therapist Licensed Required AHA/ ARC -
CPR/ BLS Card Required Covid Vaccine Card Must have single state CO
license or already applied and provide confirmation Outpatient
Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? No Will accept
First Time Travelers? YES 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation
of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before
any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics: YES Productivity
expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day;
