Front office staff,Medical assistant, Office manager, Diagnostics
through hospital Specialty Backup: Available 24/7 ;General Surgery,
Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, Anesthesia, Laboratory, OR support
Admissions: Yes Rounding Included: Yes Beds in the Department: 8
Trauma Level: III Pediatric Level: I EMR: Athena (Clinic) and
Medhost (Hospital) Procedures/Skills Required - Pediatrics,
Non-invasive ventilation (newborn) - Ventilation management newborn
& pediatric - Intubation newborn & pediatric - Inpatient care -
Non-invasive ventilation management, Ventilation management,
Intubation, EKG interpretation Lab and X-ray on-site Other info;
Clinic equipped with CLIA-waived testing,and access to, Mix of
clinic-only, clinic call, and call-only weekend coverage models
Local provider coverage available on rotation Hospital Privileges
Required: Yes Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance covered
Requirements Active AZ License or IMLC Board Certified in
Pediatrics PALS, NRP
