Experience Description: Housing options available. Candidates
should indicate flexibility for shift preferences. No block
schedule requests permitted. 48-hour requests can be considered but
are not guaranteed. The facility has 171 beds and is accredited by
the Joint Commission. It serves as a community hospital and
regional referral center. The facility is recognized as a Certified
Chest Pain Center and is a Level 3 Trauma center. Located in an
area central to outdoor recreation opportunities. The scenery
includes beautiful mountain ranges and serene lake views. It is in
proximity to major cities and attractions. Unit Information: Number
of Beds: 30 Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:3 Equipment: EHR system
utilized. Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric Type of Patients:
STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG pod 2, Acute Respiratory
Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with RVR, ALIF, EXLIF. Personality fit
to be determined during the hiring process. Dress code: Scrub color
requirements apply. Unacceptable attire will be specified. 5
