working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Prescott,
Arizona, 86301! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN

Nights EOW Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years
License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Minimum 1
year experience in a PCU setting - Ability to titrate drips -
Comfortable managing common titratable and/or set rate drips such
as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and
Insulin Description: Clinician must take and pass a dysrhythmia
exam within two attempts prior to signing the contract. If the
clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, they will be DNU for
6 months. Radius Rule: Candidates may not have been employed full
time, part time, or PRN within the past year. Float Pool includes
MedSurge, Tele, and PCU units. Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: PCU 1:4,
MedSurg Tele 1:5-6. Common diagnoses include geriatric, orthopedic,
and post-procedural patients. Charge Nurse on each unit will not
take assignments. Nursing aides will be utilized in all settings.
Required equipment includes CPAP and BiPAP. Nurses must be able to
interpret strips from monitors. Scheduling will be managed by the
float pool scheduler, published 6 weeks out. Flexibility in
scheduling is necessary. Weekend requirements will be every other
weekend. Holiday requirements will include travelers in the
permanent staff rotation. There is no call or standby requirement.
Units are assigned via text message notification. Current scrub
color is solid professional scrubs; alignments will be made with
forthcoming guidelines. Charting system is Cerner. 5 Benefits of
