advancement And much more Position Overview: Our Intermediate
Care/Progressive Care Unit features 30 beds with a nurse-to-patient
ratio of 1:4. In this vital role, you will contribute to enhancing
the health of the Lake Havasu City community while being part of a
supportive and collaborative team. This position allows for
interdisciplinary cooperation in patient care coordination and
offers avenues for skill enhancement in critical care. You will
serve as an advocate for both the physical and emotional health of
your patients. Essential Qualifications: Candidates must hold a
current state RN license and have earned a bachelor’s degree from
an accredited nursing program. Additional qualifications include:
Associate's degree is mandatory Arizona Registered Nurse (RN)
License or Compact State RN License required upon hiring BCLS
certification is required at the time of hire (BCLS is no longer
necessary once ACLS is obtained) ACLS certification must be
completed within 60 days of hire PALS and TNCC certifications are
required within 6 months of hire Moderate Sedation training must be
completed within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter Completion
of EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke training within 30 days of hire and
thereafter At least one (1) year of experience in
