Job Description:
Optima Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse
Practitioner to join our dedicated team of healthcare

treatments. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role
in delivering personalized, high-quality healthcare that aligns

serve. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health
needs and concerns. Develop and implement patient management plans,
record progress notes, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Provide guidance on
preventive care, disease management, and lifestyle modifications.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical competence.
Stay updated with advancements in medical practices, technologies,
and healthcare regulations. Advanced practice nursing skills with a
focus on family medicine. Strong diagnostic and clinical
decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and adapt
to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic medical
record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the
state of Arizona. Board Certification from the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent. Valid Drug Enforcement
Administration (DEA) registration for prescribing medications.
