key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for
delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective
interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that
enable patients to achieve or maintain their optimal physical,
mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws,
regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities
will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation
and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in the
patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical
supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis. Qualifications and
Experience Completion of a nursing diploma (associate’s or
bachelor’s degree in nursing) Active and valid nursing license in
the applicable state, with a requirement to maintain good standing
as a Registered Nurse (RN) throughout employment Preferred: At
least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing CPR
certification required upon hire or to be obtained during
orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout
employment Job Responsibilities Implement and interpret
departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive
demeanor towards patients Utilize reasoning skills and sound
judgment effectively Communicate and collaborate efficiently within
