Position Summary: The Physical Therapist will provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary outpatient environment. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, compassionate care, and professional collaboration. Responsibilities: - Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with functional goals. - Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions and evaluate patient responses. - Modify plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. - Document all patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. - Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence. - Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff. - Participate in continuing education, staff development, and student mentorship. - Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. Qualifications: - Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent). - Current Physical Therapist license through the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy. - Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross). - Experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred. - New graduates and graduating students are encouraged to apply.
