Registered Nurse (RN), Medical- Surgical Up to $25,000 bonus

Nurse (RN) who excels in this roll will: - performs initial and
ongoing assessments of patient's condition. - Establishes a plan of
care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the
patient according to his or her capabilities and desires. -
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as
appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. -
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient
care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and
spiritual/psychosocial support needs. What we're looking for: -
Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's
Degree preferred. - An Active Arizona RN License - BCLS required
upon hire - ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred EEOC
