Oversee daily operations and nursing staff in a specialized unit. Coordinate patient care with health professionals to ensure high-quality service. Implement and evaluate policies to improve patient outcomes. Monitor patient care for compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Mentor and train new staff while promoting a professional work environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent clinical skills in specialized healthcare Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Georgia Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
