float pool nursing team is an agile, professional and supportive
team of RNs with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple
clinical software systems. In this role you will enjoy continuous
learning by supporting multiple nursing units across the facility.
In the float pool you will enjoy a high level of teamwork! How
you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication
administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and
related medical care. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate
care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual
support). Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to
the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Displays
initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to

should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and
possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited
nursing school. Additional requirements include: Education:
Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred Certifications: Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with
Care preferred Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of beside RN
required; 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing preferred Connect
