stepping stone for future careers in Intermediate Care (IMC) or the

professional growth. The Medical-Surgical Department at Havasu
Regional Medical Center is a 40 bed unit. How you'll contribute A
Medical Surgical RN who excels in this role: - Performs plan of
care interventions, including medication administration, specimen
collection, and clinical treatments. - Documents patient care and
monitors patient condition, communicating with care team,
physician, patient, and family. - Coordinates patient care across
disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and
support needs. - Advocates for the physical and emotional

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN
license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an
accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: -
Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred - Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of
