Job Description & Requirements Orthopedic Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $254.14 - $275.10 This facility is
seeking a Orthopedic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as
they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this
opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday & Call Shifts. Looking for 4
weeks per month but will take 2-3 weeks as well Setting: Clinic and
Hospital Cases: Diagnose and Treat patients in a clinical setting.
Perform Orthopedic surgery as cases and call mandate. Credentialing
timeframe: As Soon As Possible (90 days, possibly sooner. Provider
can start as soon as credentialed) Certification Required: Board
Certification, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support
and Drug Enforcement Administration Licensure: Active Arizona
