Job Description The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical
University–Prescott is seeking an innovative, student-centered, and
strategically minded Director of Housing and Residence Life to lead
an expanding residential program during an exciting period of
institutional growth. Serving as the Senior Housing Officer and a
key member of the Division of Student Affairs Leadership Team, the
Director provides vision, direction, and executive leadership for a
dynamic department. With multiple new residential facilities
housing over 300 additional beds coming online next year, this role
offers an exceptional opportunity to build, shape, and elevate a
thriving residential experience at a nationally recognized
institution. The Director will oversee a current portfolio of over
1,400 beds, a talented team of eight full-time professionals, and
50 student staff. Position Details This is a full-time, 12-month,
live-off position with on-call responsibilities that plays a
pivotal role in the student experience and campus infrastructure
planning. The Director will have the unique opportunity to

vesting period. Qualifications Required Education and
Qualifications: ___________________ Master Degree - Student
Affairs, Educational Leadership/Administration, Counseling. 5-10
Years of Experience in college or university housing and/or
residence life operations Strong organizational, supervisory,
administrative, and technology skills Experience with online
records management software (Maxient, THD, and/or others)
Experience supervising full-time professional staff Experience in
on-call/emergency response rotation Experience as a student conduct
officer Preferred Qualifications: __________________ • Threat
assessment training/certification • Involvement in local, state,
and/or national professional housing and residence life
