Job Description Job Description Position Title: Registered Nurse - OR Duration of Assignment: Full-time, permanent Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ, 86403 Shifts Available: Day shift (8 hours) with rotating on-call Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (for a 3-year commitment) Salary: $78,000 - $101,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401K for full-time employees Paid Time Off (PTO) Extended Illness Bank Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Professional Development and Growth Opportunities Job Duties: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs Monitor and communicate patient conditions Collaborate across disciplines for coordinated care and patient support Qualifications: Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Arizona RN license or compact license Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a general OR ACLS certification on hire Preferred: Experience in clinical quality/safety, Laser/Safety Officer certification Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
